Next, we send you a list of information required by our project department to commence work. If you don’t have the necessary data or can’t provide it, we’ll discuss the cost of sending our specialists to your location to gather it.
Initiating the Project
After all the information is collected, you make the first payment as per the mutual settlement document, and we kick off the project.
Zoning Plans
Based on your preferences, we develop two zoning plans during the initial stage of the project. We then decide on the most suitable one and get it approved.
Detailed Design Work
We delve into the intricate details of the design, including plants, urban furniture, and more. If your project includes 3D modeling, we start building a three-dimensional model and coordinate its visualization. If there’s no 3D, we finalize the design in a two-dimensional format. With 3D, you get a lifelike view of your property, which is more engaging and insightful.
Lighting Proposal
After finalizing the plant design, our designer sends you a lighting proposal. Here, you can choose your preferred lighting fixtures and arrangements.
Engineering Plans
Based on the finalized design, our engineering department develops a communication plan and all associated drawings.
Final Adjustments
After making all necessary amendments and corrections, we work on the specification of required materials for the project and prepare it for delivery.
Project Delivery
Once we’ve delivered the project and you’ve incorporated all necessary drawings, we calculate the cost and send you a commercial proposal for the project’s implementation.
Budget and Timeline Coordination
We then discuss and agree on the budget, timelines, and stages of implementation. You decide whether you want a full or partial implementation.
On-site Execution
Finally, our team visits the site to begin the actual work.
